Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Cambridge
£40k - £45k + Package

Intersect Global Ltd has partnered with a leading main contractor, In their search for a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor for the Cambridge region

Due to several secured tenders and a strong pipeline of work for the remainder of 2024, they are looking to add to their commercial team.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have experience in managing various build packages across the full lifecycle of a project and have working knowledge of JCT contracts.

The role

To assist commercial team with management of build packages
Work across various projects in Cambridge
Working with commercial team to ensure successful delivery of projects

Experience needed

Previous main contractor experience.
Working knowledge of JCT contracts
Experience of working on cost reports
Degree Educated
Commutable distance to Cambridge
